We are a collection of editors, producers, directors, DP’s, marketing agencies, animators, brand strategists, copywriters, social media managers, and a whole lot more. We desire to use our skills, talents, and abilities to serve field teams.
Why field teams? Well, larger mission agencies often have annual budgets or campaign dedicated funds, field teams often do not. Mission Agencies need to spend those budgets on projects with broad value, often tied to development and support raising. We’ve done those projects. We’ve found that many field teams across the globe are using and would like to use creative content in their mission. However, many are relying on a church team, a friend of a friend or hoping that a supporter may find time to do a project for them or they are trying to learn it themselves. It may take months and the end result isn’t always excellence. What may take us a day to do may take them months or longer.
That’s why we endeavor to connect directly with field teams. To provide them access and a process that helps projects get done and ideas get fleshed out. To not undercut the importance of larger projects a Mission Agency needs, but to provide a table where we can sit together.
As a creative professional, perhaps you can relate to our experiences too. We’ve volunteered to take on projects that have an endless timeline or unclear deliverable, the expectations are wild and unattainable, there’s no budget, the footage is disorganized, the goal unclear, and we end up neglecting our companies and our primarily calling trying to salvage the projects. We know there must be a better way.
That’s why we piloted a new framework for partnership. On our Creation Days, we’re asking for 1 business day of your time. That’s all. Our Prep Team gets any projects ready with all assets organized, identified, and clarity on what the goal is. These aren’t huge brand videos, this is content that field teams can use right now. For non post production or design elements, we gather as much information as we can so you can engage quickly with the teams.
We’ve found this model to be incredibly successful not only in providing excellent content to the field teams addressing their needs and helping guide them, but also, we get to experience their ministry and mission too.
